But no one is perfect,so am I. There are some mistakes that I shouldn’t make,especially when the work is related to Staff Salaries. So I should pay more attention to avoid the same mistake & be more careful. Moreover, I need to improve my work efficiency.
In a word,this is a company that I want to stay. I’m full of passion and energy. I really enjoy working here and want to keep

又是一年盛夏时,又是一年毕业季,我们又迎来了本学期的期末生活。仔细回味,充满着生机和活力的小学英语已经陪我走过了两个年头。两年中我付出辛劳,收获成功,与我的学生们一起品尝了成长的苦与乐。回过头,我终于欣然发现,在蹒跚学步的过程中,原来收获颇丰。
本学期,依旧是开心而又忙碌的。依旧是和这群可爱的孩子们在一起。学期初我们五年级的两位英语教师就一起钻研教材共同确定了教学进度,根据教学大纲拟出了重点句型和词汇,并分发给每一个学生,使学生在学习中去有意识地记忆知识点。同时拟定了每个模块的作业及作业要求并要求家长对学生听读作业完成情况进行评判,使学生在家长的监督下达到知识的掌握。在开学做好总体教学准备的前提下,我们注重每一课的教学准备,例如在作业布置时总会有预习新课对新课文进行听并试读,在早读时,教师也会带领学生读一读新课文,使学生对新课有一定的了解,学习时感觉更容易;我们都认真备课,利用教研活动说教材,共同确立每个模块的教学重难点以及要采用的活动课设计方案,集全体教师的智慧科学设计每节课,使课堂能更有效。
当然,从教学中我变换方式,更新理念,在其他方面我也不断的深入孩子们的内心。从三年到五年,我和他们建立起了深厚的感情,我见证了他们的成长,他们的进步,他们的懂事。当然我也见证了他们一点一滴的变化。五年级了,他们已不再是那些懵懂的小孩,已经开始有了自己的小心思,有些孩子在出现一些异常行为的时候,我也改变了以往的批评教育,而是努力和他成为朋友,走进他们的内心世界。还有一些对英语不感兴趣的孩子们,我想办法让他们意识到英语的重要性,用各种方式让他们爱上英语。我希望他们因为喜欢英语而喜欢我,也因为喜欢我而更加喜欢英语!
本学期的期末工作,与上学期相比,要轻松一些,但是也没有放低标准,松懈对待。因为马上步入小学阶段最重要的一年――六年。都说好的开始是成功的一半,但我认为对于这些即将步入六年级的孩子们来说,五年级的最后一次英语成绩对于他们来说是六年级学好英语的关键。好的成绩会使他们更加增加信心去迎接具有挑战性的一年。所以在学期末,我也制定了相应的复习计划,先以复习课本和区里单元卷为主,但并没有大批量的进行卷纸练习,而是每次就各种题型选择针对性的习题让孩子们加以练习。注重“重点效应”。在第二轮复习中,我进行了专项练习,并在班级实施了“优带差”战略。利用课余时间实施绑带作用,得到双向提高。在最后一轮复习中,我主要侧重听力和书本的知识,加强了听力练习,并把书本知识进行了单元归纳,让他们一目了然三个单元的重点内容。所以即使在期末考试偏难的题型中,我的孩子们仍旧以他们最扎实的基础知识和聪明细致的头脑见证了一切,我只能说,他们真的很棒!
这学期,我收获了孩子们的成长与进步,也收获了自己的幸福,也收获了孩子们的祝福,所以我要说我是幸福的,因为有他们,有实验二小这个大家庭,我爱我拥有的一切!我将会一直努力下去!

二、教育教学方面
要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我注重组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的有意注意,使其持续相对稳定性。同时,激发学生的情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言简洁明了,克服了以前重复的毛病,课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学英语的兴趣,每节课努力创设一个情境,同学生在课堂上同游戏,同歌唱。
热爱学生,平等的对待每一个学生,让他们都感受到老师的关心,良好的师生关系促进了学生的学习。比如,握握他的手,摸摸他的头等。从赞美着手,所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重,所以,和差生交谈时,对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。
用心参与讲课,听课、评课,虚心向同行学习教学方法,博采众长,提高教学水平。本学期用心参加学校组织的开放课活动,在电教室共授课四次,每次都认真对待,透过参与这个活动,使我有了很大的进步。同时,用心与由老师搞好一次英语课堂教学研讨课,在此次活动中,我增加了自信,使我更有信心对待我的课堂教学,我不是弱者!实力是靠打出来的,不是靠说出来的。
三、继续教育学习方面
本学期我校的继续教育工作开展的扎扎实实,有实效。我能认真学习有关书籍,做好笔记。同时,校园的博客风很浓,我也爱上了博客,喜欢在那里抒发我的情感,展现我的教学实际和反思。
四、组长工作
本学期我们全体专科教师都聚集到一齐,大家在平时,能够互帮互助,主动搞好办公室的卫生,做到了不用安排,人人主动的好局面,真的像个大家庭,在那里我们都感受到了温暖。在组里,年轻人较多,在年轻人的渲染下,我们人人有了活力,有了朝气。我坚信,岁月能使人变老的是年龄,是外表,但永远不能改变的是你的心灵。只要你有一颗朝气蓬勃,用心向上的心,你的工作,你的生活永远都会充满阳光。

任小学英语教师以来,课余我们都在反思,小学英语应该怎么教?到底存在那些弊病?以下就是我实践及参考归纳总结的几点想法。
在中国,很多人忽视了英语是一门外语,而不是第二语言,是英语学习效率低下的一个重要客观原因。
那么,第二语言与外语究竟有什么区别?它们是同一概念不同风格的用语,还是两个不同的概念?它对英语教学的效果会产生怎样的作用?
其实,我们知道,second 一anguage与first language相对,而foreign 一anguage和non—native
一、language是与mother tongue和native 一anguage相对的
英语在一个国家或地区是二语教学还是外语教学,还有一个重要标志,那就是看当地学校的课程是不是用英语授课。如果除了英语课,其他课程用母语讲或大部分用母语讲,英语教学就是英语外语教学(TEFL)。显然在中国,英语是外语,而不是第二语言,中国缺乏把英语作为第二语言教学的环境。母语可以习得,二语也能习得,但外语是不能习得的。
而在我们的小学英语课上过多的强调了情景的创设,甚至是为了情景而情景,以至于产生了虚假的情景。很多老师抱着在这样的情景中给孩子们以自然习得英语的期望,原本就是无本之木,无源之水,显然是不切合实际的。在三五分钟的英语课上,老师用外语授课的时间到底有多少,学生能开口说外语的时间又有多少?有多少学生的家庭有外语环境,有多少学生父母懂外语,学生在课余时间主动或被动接触外语的机会又有多少?我们尽可以看到一些十分成功的小学英语教学观摩课,在这些观摩课上英语教师和学生配合的天衣无缝,听说读写的操练样俱全,加上朗诵,短剧,多媒体演示,教学者为之兴奋,听课者为之激动。然而,在一年三六五天的外语教学中,这样的课又有多少呢?这本帐,从事英语教学的一线教师心中应该是很明白的。
二、小学英语教学应较多地采用采用认知法,而不是直接法
直接法即大量接触真实的语言,进行真实的交流,靠大量重复模仿,强化记忆,养成习惯。视听法、听说法、交际法都属于直接法。以直接法为主进行教学,一定要有语言环境,要有高水平的师资,班额要小,学习和使用英语的机会要多。认知法不排除模仿,但由于缺乏语言环境,学习途径主要是通过理性思维,学习语音、语法、词汇知识,掌握语言规则,指导听说读写,举一反三,形成可持续发展的语言能力。英语在中国是外语,中国学生学英语,不论是小、中、大学,都不能采用二语教学类型,而要以语言知识为拐杖,在运用经验学习的同时,要注意理性认知;对于小学生尤其要培养他们可持续发展的语言学习能力,不能排斥语言知识。
而在我们现实的小学英语教学中,有限的师资力量,教师水平的相对低下,语言环境的缺乏,大规模的班级授课,都告诉我们直接法的教学方法不适合目前的小学英语的教学实际。
三、靠持续不断的语言知识,而不是“玩”来培养学生持久的兴趣
小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣,但不能单靠唱歌游戏去学习,因为培养兴趣主要是为了学习英语。小学生学习英语不是英美的移民学习英语,则只有不断学到语言知识,提高语言能力,满足他们的成就感,才可能培养持久的兴趣。而目前小学生每周只有一零零多分钟的英语课,单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过,孩子们就会厌倦。所以,唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段,而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词,多学习语言规则,并尽可能多创造模仿的机会,提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中,听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行,读写跟上。光听说不读写,很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学习能力,也难减轻学习负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。不断反思,集体讨论,积极了解讯息是我们现代教师必须作到的功课,我们的不断积累和成长才能帮助孩子们更好的进步。

四、认真批改作业:布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性,有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业状况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透彻的评讲,并针对有关状况及时改善教学方法,做到有的放矢。对于六年级学生,培养小组长帮忙我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
五、坚持用英语组织课堂教学,即用英语教英语,并注意所用语言的正确性、纯正性和流利性。教学改革在不断深入,新教材层出不穷,越来越注重语言的真实性、地道性和交际性。用英语组织课堂教学促使教师不仅仅把语言用作讲解知识、传达信息和传授技能的工具,更把它看作所要传授的知识和技能本身。目前,由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所,教师更就应注重传达知识和信息的形式,为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。我在运用英语进行教学时较能注意所用英语语言的可理解性、简明性、阶段性和实用性。具体做法是:
一、给每一个学生起英语名字。尤其是三年级学生,经过一个学期的训练,每个人都能说出自我的英文名字,有的学生甚至能说出其他人的英文名字。在课堂上用英文名字来点名,叫学生回答问题。
二、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同,我注意不断适量增加新用语,逐步扩大用语量,使学生持续兴趣,经历挑战,从而日积月累,在不知不觉中得到提高。
三、用英语授课。不管上对话课还是课文课,我都坚持使用英语。尽量采用学生学过的词汇,但难免有不少学生不懂的词汇,如在用英语关于课文背景知识时,这时辅之于实物、挂图、简笔画、表情、手势、表演等,或者借助板书形式加以说明。总之,注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水平。
四、力求自我的语音、语调、语言规范和准确,并根据不一样年级的学生我就调整语速的快慢。
五、努力创造和设计英语语言情景。把课堂当作培养和锻炼学生语言运用潜力的场所,鼓励学生多讲英语,在英语课上,除组织六年级学生开展课文表演、课文复述等活动外,还经常根据所教资料,呈现与学生学习和生活相关的用语。并经常启发和组织六年级学生用英语简单讨论一些他们感兴趣的或大家都共同关注的话题,既活跃了课堂气氛,提高了他们的听说潜力,又深化了教材资料。
六、在这一学期的教学工作中,除了对四年级的学生进行兴趣的培养外,对于五年级的学生,培养他们自学的潜力,而且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文,鼓励他们自我找阅读的材料,从而提高阅读潜力,为七年级打下良好的基础。
经过一个学期的努力,期末考试就是一种考验,无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是在下个学期如何自我提高,如何共同提高所教年级的英语水平。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学习,争取进步。

But unlike your on-the-job performance review, the purpose of this article is to suggest you consider conducting an even more important assessment -- taking stock of your career. Now is the perfect time to review where you are, where youve been, and where you want to go.
Before you begin your assessment, take a moment to ask yourself the most important question: Am I happy and fulfilled by my job and career? No matter how successful youve been in the past 一一 months, if you are fundamentally unhappy with your work, spend the vast majority.
Dont rush your review. Consider using a weekend or one or more of your vacation days to reflect on your career. You dont need to -- and probably shouldnt -- complete all six steps in one sitting. Break it up over several days if you like.
Step One: Review Career Goals. Did you set any goals for your career this year -- formally or informally? Most people have some idea of what they want to accomplish next in their careers, such as getting a promotion and/or raise or perhaps achieving better work/life balance. Setting some goals is an important activity because goals help provide the focus you need to move your career forward -- and to avoid distractions or activities that may slow your career progress (or worse, devalue you). * Am I where I should be in my career?
* What has helped or hindered my progression?
* Am I happy with my current employer?
* What are my strengths and weakness?
Step Four: Envision Your Future. Whats your next career step? Take some time to plan for next year (and perhaps beyond), picturing the path you want your career to take. Again, here are some questions to help you:
* What do I want to be doing more of in my career?
* What do I want to be doing less of in my career?
* Whats the next step in my career?
* When should I be taking this next step?
* Whats my ideal/ultimate career dream?
Step Five: Action Steps for Your Future. How will you get to that future career? Make a list of what you need to do -- career goals for the coming year -- to get to where you want to be next in your career. These might be things such as building your network, gaining additional experiences, changing employers, strengthening your career brand, or pursuing additional training /education/certifications. Questions to ask yourself:
* What do I need to prepare myself for this next step?
* Do I need to find a new employer to make the next step?
* How do I position myself for this next step?
Step Six: Share Your Career Vision. Are your career goals and action plans feasible? Schedule a meeting with your mentors and to get reactions to your plan, as well as advice for achieving it.

Once youve completed these six steps, you should not only know yourself and your career better, but have some specific goals and action steps to help you progress along a career plan.
Another benefit from completing this year-end review is that the results from part of the analysis should assist you in updating your resume if you have not been keeping it current as the year progressed. 第二、在课堂上,认真授课,运用实物教具、图片,情景教学、TPR等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、真实简单的情景等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑,注重师生互动、生生互动的教学,充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方,我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用。
第三、在听力方面,为提高学生的听力水平,常让学生学生表演对话。每天严格布置孩子们的听读和认读作业。

二零一零 was a post-recession bounce fueled by global restocking, so it was always going to be hard to beat. But many in the air cargo industry thought 二零一零 was a sign of even better things to come and budgeted for incremental growth in 二零一一. They now have a major problem.
Ram Menen: The market slowdown is, obviously, the topic that has dominated the industry. But what is most remarkable about 二零一一 is the number and diversity of factors that contributed to the slowdown. Natural disasters, such as the tsunami in Japan and the Thai floods, were major events that not only impacted exports and imports in those countries directly, but also hit global supply chains. Production lines in factories were halted due to the sudden shortage of vital components.
Economic instability has also been a significant issue, with the various crises across Europe and the politicalization of the deficit ceiling in the . all rocking consumer confidence. We also can’t forget the sustained high cost of fuel, which is an ongoing challenge for the air cargo industry. Menen: You can never trust forecasts. Old rules don’t apply, and the new rules haven’t been written. The industry is becoming less predictable every year, with more and more challenges arising. Of course, the price of oil is always something we have to contend with, but, worryingly, natural disasters seem to be happening at a more frequent rate, while increasingly more national economies are struggling. We are continually learning, and every challenge helps us become better prepared to manage whatever new challenges 二零一二 brings.

The organizational barriers to having productive year-end reviews can be formidable. The tight link between reviews and compensation discourages openness and honesty. Managers at all levels may think as much about their organizations needs as about individual performance when they do the reviews. For example, interdepartmental rivalries can force a kind of uniformity on your reviews as you try to do the best you can for your people in terms of compensation. If your organizations culture discourages open and honest feedback (“we dont do warm and fuzzy”), you may feel constrained to just focus on the numbers.
